What is Brussels Urban Sessions?
Brussels Urban Sessions is an event that merges action sports and urban culture. It will take place from July 4 to 6, 2025, at the 'Parc du Cinquantenaire' in Brussels.
What sports will be featured? The event highlights spectacular disciplines such as:
• BMX Freestyle
• 3x3 Basketball
• Parkour
• Skateboarding
• Climbing
How can i get a ticket ?
This year, we offer two types of tickets:
- BMX FREESTYLE + URBAN FESTIVAL: This paid ticket grants access to the standing tribunes to watch the BMX FREESTYLE competitions and also provides entry to the URBAN FESTIVAL.
- URBAN FESTIVAL: This ticket, offered by our partners, grants access only to the Urban Festival – including the Partenamut Sports Village, food & beverage stands, and the music stage. (This ticket does NOT grant access to the BMX FREESTYLE competitions.)

How do I get to Brussels Urban Sessions?
The Parc du Cinquantenaire is accessible via:
• Metro: Lines 1 & 5, Merode stop
• Train: Merode and Schuman stations
• Tram: Line 81, Merode stop
• Bus: Several lines serve the event
Is there bike parking?
Yes, bike parking is available at the entrance of the festival.
Can I come by car?
We strongly discourage coming by car, because the parking options are limited.
What are the festival hours?
Opening: 09:00
Closing: 22:00
What are the event highlights?
In addition to the competitions, you can enjoy street art, music, street food, and interactive activities.
Brussels Urban Sessions is a cashless event. Please use Payconiq to make faster payments and avoid queues.

Feeling hungry?
For the foodtrucks, payments can be made by Payconiq, Bancontact, or by credit card directly at the cash desk of each foodtrucks.
Are there activities for children?
Yes, the Partenamut Sports Village offers initiations and activities for younger visitors.
Will there be food and drink stands?
Yes, various food trucks and stands will offer street food and drinks.
Are there shaded areas and relaxation spaces?
Yes, relaxation areas will be available for a comfortable festival experience.
Is the site accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we are actively working to ensure full accessibility.
Are there toilets on-site?
Yes, free and accessible restrooms will be available.
Is there a cloakroom or storage area for belongings?
No, we do not provide a cloakroom, so we recommend traveling light.
What items are prohibited on-site?
Prohibited items include:
• Drugs and illegal substances
• Alcohol (forbidden for under-16s, strong alcohol prohibited for under-18s)
• Professional recording equipment without accreditation
• Fireworks, explosives, and dangerous objects
• Outside food and drinks
• Portable furniture and inflatable objects
Is there a first aid service?
Yes, a first aid station will be present. In case of need, ask the staff for assistance.
What happens if it rains?
If it rains, the BMX Freestyle competition cannot take place for safety reasons. Additionally, if weather conditions worsen, the event may close earlier than scheduled. We recommend checking our social media and official website for real-time updates.
Are animals allowed?
No, except for guide dogs for visually impaired visitors.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Use of personal equipment is allowed in the Partenamut Sports Village only. The visitors are strictly responsible for their own equipment.
Please do not bring your own BMX to the festival, it will have to stay in the bike parking, only registered BMX Riders are allowed to bring their bikes in the festival.
Are there partner hotels for the event?
Yes, we collaborate with hotels such as Thon Hotel EU for special offers.
What can I do in Brussels after the event?

How to register as an athlete ?
Registrations for the BMX Freestyle Park Competitions are open via the Athlete Registration tab.
Can I volunteer for the event?
Yes! Fill out our volunteers registration form to join our team.
